Kiawah Island Club Access

Some homes and lots in Central Island do come with Kiawah Island Club membership eligibility, but many do not.
Club membership must be offered with the property at the time of sale. Eligibility depends on how the property was originally designated by Kiawah Partners (the developer). If it’s not marked as Club-eligible, you cannot join the Club through that property.
